Communications between workers is about to take a major leap forward in the near future. No longer will one have to dial and leave a voice mail message. You can view if the party you are attempting to contact is available, much like on IM (instant messaging). Click to call , a feature employed by many call centers, will provide a central contact database like your outlook contact database .....just find your contact point, click and call.
Conferences of the future will be held in mult-locations providing video, voice and screen share of apps and presentations. (Look at all the WebEx news clips around)
